All reservations made through our website www.munich-hotel.org , have guaranteed
the lowest room rate you will find in the net.

If you will find for the same hotel and the same date a lower offer , please contact us within 24 h.

We herewith guarantee,  to pay you the difference or to cancel / modify the reservation free of charge.

To take up requirement of our guarantee you must fullfill following facts:

1.) If you find a "lower rate", you must contact the hotel directly within 24 h by fax or email and forward to the hotel the website adress.
2.) The "reservation with lower daily rate", must have the same booking details for the same hotel and same kind of room.


.The guarantee is not valid during following special events and fairs:
Oktoberfest, Bau, Bauma, Kardiologen Kongress, Radiologen Kongress
